TrueHaven Memorials ("we", "us", "our") operates this online store and website to offer you a curated shopping experience for handcrafted urns and related products (the "Services"). Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, place an order, or otherwise interact with us. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

We understand that many of our customers come to us during a difficult time. We treat the information you share with us accordingly.

We collect different types of information in order to process your orders and improve your experience:

Contact details – such as your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number.

Order and payment information – such as products purchased, order value, payment method, and limited payment details (payments are processed securely by Shopify and third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card number).

Personalization and engraving information – if you order an engraved or personalized item, we collect the text you provide. This may include the name of a deceased person, dates, or a short message. We collect this only to produce your order and we do not use it for marketing, analytics, or any purpose other than fulfilling and supporting your order. See Section 8 for how long we keep it.

Account information – if you create an account, we may store your login details, preferences, and order history.

Communication information – any messages or details you send us by email, contact form, live chat, or text message (SMS).

Device and usage information – such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and how you interact with our site. This may be collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We collect this information directly from you when you provide it, automatically when you use the Services, and from Shopify and other service providers that help us operate our store.

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

To process and fulfill your orders – including taking payment, providing invoices, producing engraved or personalized items, arranging shipping, and sending order and shipping confirmations.

To provide customer support – to respond to your questions, requests, or concerns by email, chat, or text message.

To operate and improve our website and Services – including troubleshooting, analytics, and improving how our store functions.

To send you updates and marketing communications – such as emails about new products, offers, or store updates, if you choose to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. If we introduce promotional messaging in future, we will ask for your separate express consent first, and you will be able to opt out at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
