Shipping & Order
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. The total estimated shipping time is 4–9 business days from the date of purchase.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, TrueHaven Memorials offers Free Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. There are no hidden fees or restocking charges.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Does engraving delay shipping?
It can, if you have urns that require engraving we do ask for an additional business day to be taken into consideration for order processing.

What size adult urn do I need? Will a 220 lb capacity work?
As a general rule in the memorial industry, 1 pound of healthy body weight before cremation equals 1 cubic inch of ash. Our standard adult aluminium urns are designed with a 220 cubic inch capacity, making them suitable for individuals who weighed up to 220 lbs.
Do you offer smaller matching keepsakes?
Yes. We offer matching keepsake sets of 4 for our aluminium designs. These mini urns are perfect for families who wish to share a small portion of ashes among multiple siblings, children, or relatives, or for those who wish to keep a small token close to home.
Can I get my aluminium urn custom engraved?
Currently, we do not offer custom engraving directly onto our aluminium urn collections. However, we do provide beautiful, custom personalization options on our wooden urn collections. If personalization is important to you, we invite you to browse our wooden memorial options.
How secure is the closure on your aluminium urns?
Your peace of mind is our priority. Every aluminium urn from TrueHaven Memorials features a secure threaded screw-top lid. This provides a reliable, tight seal that ensures your loved one’s ashes remain permanently safe and completely secure.
Can these aluminium urns be placed outdoors or in a cemetery niche?
Yes. Aluminium is a highly durable metal that does not rust, making it an excellent choice for a variety of final resting places. They fit beautifully within indoor or outdoor cemetery columbarium niches. If you plan to bury the urn underground, most cemeteries will require an urn vault to protect it from the weight of the earth.
How do I clean and care for my aluminium urn?
Our aluminium urns are finished with a protective, beautiful enamel coating on top. To clean them, simply wipe the surface gently with a dry, soft microfiber cloth to remove dust or fingerprints. Never use liquid polishes, water, or abrasive chemicals, as these can scratch or damage the protective enamel finish.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Contact support@truehavenmemorials.com before sending any product back to obtain authorization and instructions.
